Frequently Asked Questions

How big is the inside chamber?

It holds only a small, symbolic amount, about a pinch (1/4 cubic inch). Many families fill a keepsake like this from the main urn so several people can each keep a part of their loved one close.

Is it hard to fill?

It is simple. Open the closure, add a small amount of ashes with a mini funnel or paper cone, and close it tightly. Many people add a drop of jewelry adhesive on the threads so it stays sealed.

Can I wear it every day?

Yes, it is made for everyday wear. To protect the contents, remove it before swimming, bathing or using harsh chemicals, and wipe it with a soft cloth now and then.

How quickly will my keepsake ship?

Orders placed by 1:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
